Multi-Faith in Action Ghana at ICCP 2026

Multi-Faith in Action Ghana was privileged to participate in the 11th International Conference of Community Psychology (ICCP 2026), hosted at Lagos State University, Nigeria.

Held under the theme, “Gathering in the Motherland: Celebrating Lifeways, Ways of Water & Reconnecting to the Source,” the conference brought together scholars, practitioners and community organisers from across the world.

Our participation created valuable opportunities to engage with Rev. Fr. Innocent and Pastor John of PICO Rwanda, both experienced grassroots organisers working to strengthen communities in Rwanda.

These exchanges reaffirmed the importance of community organising, interfaith collaboration, locally driven development and global partnerships in advancing peace, social cohesion and sustainable community transformation.

We are grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect and share experiences on such an important international platform.
